During the Inspection bit of the practical test what are the things to look for?

thay are all sorts on the test .. loose leads,no cpc,crossed L-N-E,.. take your time STOP and THINK .. check meter null leads check each circuit, remember to ask to isolate supply before playing with test rig .. i dig a list out i got somewhere for most items thay are looking for ..

No grommetts for cable entries
No identification sleeving
Too tight bending radius
Outer sheathing of cables not entering enclosure
Correct size cable clips used or cable clipped on its side
Loose connections
No earth sleeving
Swa gland not tightened up or shroud missing

It just goes on and on,

just observe each item carefully and you will find the problems

If I remeber right,you had to identify something like a dozen faults on a layout

i have a list i will dig it out of common faults .. but as des said look for silly faults think one fault is bonding size as well ..
