2391 three phase help needed

hi guys just want to check if the sequence for testing the three phase socket outlet for function testing is it

1. isolate cicuit, post warning notices,(open cover of three phase soket) prove dead on all phases and phase 2 earth
2. re-test lamps
3. operate start/stop
4. test all phases and phases to earth
5.re-test test lamp
6. energise circuit
7. re test all phases an all phases to earth
8 . re-test test lamp
9. operate start/ stop
10. re-test all phases and all phases to earth
11. isolate circuit, re test all phases an all phases to earth
12. then re test test lamp
13. then fit cover back on
