Discuss 2391 in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

Yeah this was my 2nd attempt at the theory. Just an NICEIC persued money spinner with the new quals.

I thought this was last chance saloon, are you saying there's another resit in March?
Yes there is one in March. Apparently this IS the last one, but who knows? Certainly not city&guilds lol

Might be an idea if you have doubts about last night. Results wont be out till around midddle of feb by which time you will have to pay the late booking fee to city & guilds to get on the March exam

Any idea where the test centres are for the March one, as my local college definitely said that last night was the last? Also, if you book up and passed last night do you get a refund?

good luck to all the 2394 initial verification and 95 periodic inspection of existing installs are basically what has replaced 2391-10 which covered both initial verifcation and periodic inspection
So its jsut they now get twice the fees for essentially the old course split into 2

Not likely!

If you book the exam within 6weeks of sitting it they want an extra £60, late booking fee!

You will just have to try centres local to yourself to see if they will let you sit as an external candidate

This may come in Handy Peeps!! Check the first paragraph and dates below

The light goes out on Electrical C&G 2391

In the meantime if any of you know of a test centre within 50 Miles of Stoke on Trent let me know! (obviously you can gage my confidance levels) I'll be ringing City and Guilds next week though to find them and book up me thinks!!

My test centre is in Croydon long way from Stoke!!! Been advised to book for resit by end of January to get registered otherwise late booking fee extra£50 !!! The centre will not get our results till feb so going to book up just in case!!! Still waiting feedback about refund if passed this time but guess I would swallow £ 80 to get the pass this time! Lol!! Don't know what happens to people who have done practical already!! At my centre you have to pass theory first!!! Good luck to everyone!!!

Try and be confident if not we get another crack at it!! I could not even sleep properly last night as I was doubting myself!! Guess its normal!! If you done your best that's all you can do! I put a lot into this and have doubts but hey ho I ain't going to stress out till feb! What will be will be!! Not going to throw the towel in though!!
