That Exam Success book is very very helpful as it shows you the way they want answers written. Particularly the testing procedure, where they want you to write things such as seek permission to isolate, and test it's dead etc before, when you'd ordinarily just describe how to do the test.

Paying attention to the marks of each question is important as well, as is correct terminology throughout as incorrect terminology = incorrect answer. Read all questions properly and then go back through your answers ONCE (any more than that and you'll just change answers you don't know).

And good luck, I was told I'd passed after about 2 months, but didn't get my certificate for 3 months so was always unsure until then.

Also keep an eye on the time!
Dont`t get stuck on one question, i know it sounds obvious, but I know of a few who spent too long on one ot two of the short questions.
A minute a mark (if I remember).
Read the question to make sure you know exactly what they want and use the correct termonology.

The examiners report on previous years are welll worth a quick look.

Good luck and dont panic!
