hello there the 2392 course is for initial varification and certification for new domectic electrical installations its idealy suited for electricians with limited experience in testing procedures, id recommed it because once you got it you could go on to register with the NICEIC as a domestic installer and PART P approved also it would set you up to do the 2391 inspection and testing course for pir reporting thats periodic inspection reporting good luck
