2399 or CompEx

Hi all,

ive recently finished my apprenticeship working for a local housing association. current quals are 2330, 2391, AM2 and 17th edition (2011).
ive got alot of experience testing, rewiring etc (as you would imagine working for a housing association!)
ive also got a decent knowledge of commercial, industrial/instrumentation work.

basically the point of this thread is some opinions on the worthwile of either course. im deciding wether going for the 2399 or CompEx would be more beneficial to me in finding work based on your own experience.

well it all on were do you see yourself in couple of years time,

2399 is just solar

compex, opens more doors, gas and oil and nurlear industy

i dont really mind where i end up to be honest!... i enjoy most aspects of electrical work. the industrial type work really does interest me as theres so much more for me to learn from where i am now. the only thing is would i need some other quals to go with my compex to get into it.
