Hi all: Not got Regs book here & can't for the life of me remember the max length of Run for 25mm tails installed in trunking to feed a CU.

Pretty sure its not in the IEE regs, its a supply authority regulation.
Just a preference, they're double insulated. It's just giving a bit more support to them.Is it a requirement to run tails in trunking then? Or just a preference?
You are of course correct. I stand corrected Sir.top,
they are not "actually" double insulated.
They are technically insulated & sheathed.
The "grey" covering on T&E & tails is not classed by the cable standards, nor the cable makers as insulation!
