27 years old and looking for advice on courses

hi guys

im 27 and just started working alongside an electrician, as I'm looking for a change of career. I've been looking into all the different routes i can take to work towards becoming a qualified electrician. now i know this is no easy task and will take money and devotion from myself. is the 2357 course and am2 exam what i need to become qualified obviously the nvq also. the nvq, can i do this my self taking photos, descriptions etc or do i need to go through some one? I've seen you can do an online nvq which involves uploading photos etc, but i spoke to able skills today and they do it differently. I'm gonna attend a collage evening course but want to make sure i do the correct courses and don't waste my time and money.

No one you know. He said the wrong thing in the wrong forum towards a new member more than once. Obviously did not read the rules printed on every page of the forum! A short holiday may calm him down a bit before he comes back. I hope? Thats down to him.

Although you can no longer see what has been said due to editing quite a few posts. I must say that I'm impressed by the calmness of the OP that received an unwarranted grilling and the members that stuck up for him.

Well done, this is the way it should be imho. Always has been and always will be. I hate bullies.

Helping to run this place? Hell no.... I'm a baby Mod in comparison to the long existing Admin and Mods. I'm just doing what I like doing, helping people out without my personal views and opinions getting in the way.

One member posted up "Paul M a Mod, poacher become gamekeeper". And he is correct. I've been on the other side of the fence and tip toed the line on many of occasion so I know the game very well indeed.

Hoping to become a good Mod and only time will tell. Dont think I do bad???
