Yes, 7 nights looking forward to it mate, never been to Greece but have been Cyprus, was married to a Greek Cypriot many years ago (she was stunning.!!

I'm off on a potentially legs, knees and feet crippling 13 mile/6500 feet of ascent walk on Snowdon on Saturday...unless I get rained off!

PIR walked up and down snowdon last year, actually no it was the year before, make sure when you get to the top you tend on the thing at the top, it's windy too. Oh there's a massive cafe at the top, it's kind of weird.

That looks a great long days walk. Make sure you set off early!

I've done the 4 peaks twice and on our 2nd go we started off up Ben Nevis shortly after 6am, so when we got to the top about 10am there was absolutely no one around and as we strolled done effortlessly, we walked past all the poor soles slogging on the way up! Round trip in 5.5 hours!

Couldn't do that these days, too many pints and cream cakes!

That's good going - haven't been up Ben Nevis but have done caldair in Wales - hard slog but good (satisfying) - like you, took pleasure on way down, watching those on way up lol
