Hi
we have a 3 phase 63A isolator.
i have been asked to supply from this 3 x single phase 63A sockets. I have said this cannot be done because the neutral is only sized for the 63A supply. But now i am questioning myself. Help please

OK. assume all 3 phases pull the same. neutral current =0.

take a possible scenario. L1 =63A, L2 = 10A, L3 =10A, N current will be around 53A. and you'll get similar results for any combinations. N current will never exceed 63A.

The end result is the neutral conductor should be designed to carry the most onerous current that could flow in it. Hence, under a pure resistive load condition, the neutral conductor needs to be the same size as the line conductor.

Well yes, but not 3 times larger which is where the thread seemed to be going at one time, to answer the OP=no problem providing the load for each phase does not exceed the protective device for that phase.
