The G83/1-1 Stage 1 limit for an installation where you install first and notify the DNO afterwards is 16A per phase. So in simple terms the answer is no. But it might be a different answer if you are using more than one inverter, or you installer has recently done the house next door etc.

Edited to add: talk to an installer who knows what he is on about. We thrash around a bit here when only provided partial information
