The sun bed could be made to run on single phase. It would require a fair amount of rewiring and a hefty supply.

You can get 3 phase inverters that will produce 3 phases from a single supply; or you could get a sparky to convert it to single phase (get one who works with machines, most house bash only will probably get confused).

What is the power use of this device and what is the rating of the BIG incoming fuse next to your meter (probably 80 or 100a).

You could get it to work, but really the most important issue is that you want a sun bed in your home?!
