Hi all,

Got my 301 multichoice exam in 3 weeks.

Section 1A = Units 1,2 & 3 covering H & S
Section 2A = Units 4,5 & 6 covering principles.

Does anyone know the pass criteria, not as in just 50/60%, but as in 50/60% of each unit, or 50/60% of each section?

Any help appreciated

You have to get over a certain percentage in both parts, So if you get 100% in one you still have to get a pass in the other..

When i did it im sure it was 50% in both.. However that was years ago.. You not ask your tutor?

When I did it you had to get 60% in each section but that may have changed???

I'm going to post up some level 3 example questions in the next few days once I sort them out on my laptop, stay tuned

I did ask him, and he is clarifying by next thursday.

So if i get this right, your saying the same as me. I.E A PASS in each section ( as in 2 sections), rather than a pass in each UNIT.

Example:

8 Questions in Unit 1
8 Q in Unit 2
8 q in Unit 3

24 Q in total in that SECTION, so it would be a pass if achieved 60% of the 24, rather than min 60% in each unit.

It was 86% to pass in my days, written exam and out of our class of 30 only 8 passed ... if you cant get through it on multi choice then il have a big mac and fries please and go large on my fanta!

Ps sarcasm aside ...good luck!

I did mine last year. You have to get different % on each some were 60 some were 50 but I know it a certain pass for each section not the whole thing
