Why does it need to be 30W?

LEDVANCE 20W Pir fitting is just under 2000 Lumens and a great job. For bigger areas the 50W is just under 5000 Lumens and a great job. They are slimline fittings so don't look too bad on the wall either.

Probably not relevant to most, but the main body of the fitting is plastic, so it's not going to rot as much in coastal areas.

Will Enlite be doing a slimline PIR Floodlight anytime soon? They have done slimline floods for quite for time but seem to be stuck with this bulky PIR version

I would say just try and find one with a 3 year warranty ....

LAP do a 3 year warranty, I wouldn't touch that crap. A lot of terrible brands do long warranties, it's not always a guarantee of something being good.

A 3 year onsite warranty is something totally different and (sadly) very rare!
