Just had a customer email me after confirmation of wanting some work done asking if I am ISO 3000? What the hell is that? Can't find anything on my phones Internet Thanks

Quick google, ISO 3000 =

Ships and marine technology -- Ship recycling management systems -- Specifications for management systems for safe and environmentally sound ship recycling facilities

LOL

I went to see a Facilities Manager for a large installation that used subcontractors to do all the work. His processes were ISO 9000 and he had just passed an audit on which I congratulated him. He said "all this ****** paperwork, I never leave my desk. I have absolutely no idea if the work is being done or being done correctly as I can never get out of my office to check it, but the paperwork is spot on!"

Generally only usefull to larger organisations who have to ensure proper communication and that the approved processes are always being followed so mistokks do not get made.
