Hi Guys.

Just a little help, this is not my cup of tea.

Been asked to put a 400W Metal Halide Floodlight with a photocell on a workshop.

It needs to go off at 11 and back on at 6.

Is there a suitable timer to do this, or a combined timer and contactor.

All help appreciated.

Regards

Dave

Many Thanks.

Just out of interest, what will these be drawing at start up. In other words, how many could I put on the 1 timer.

Regards

Because you are not given inductive switching capabilities i would ring tech' as these are the best people to advice you on this, its at the bottom of the sangamo link IQ sent you.

I should have said my info was from Sangamo, I wasn't just guessing!

20A Resistive load
15A Discharge lighting
12A Fluorescent lighting
12A Inductive loads at 0.8 power factor
5A Inductive loads at 0.6 power factor
