The one that has always annoyed me about the conditions for excemption for supplementary bonding is:
(i) All final circuits of the location comply with the requirements for automatic disconnection according to Regulation 411.3.2.
Now I would assume that this requires the Zs to be low enough for an overcurrent device to operate within 0.4s for TN, and 0.2s for TT.
However, 411.3.2 allows for the disconnection times to be achieved by use of a 30mA RCD and RCD protection for the circuit is another condition which is required to be met.
I think this condition should either be removed, or if it is to require the Zs are low enough to allow an overcurrent device to operate in the prescribed times, it should be more clear
