They called me again today; note that Solar Immersion (SEMSI Ltd) don't charge VAT so turnover must be less than £83k / annum @ £200 a pop thats less than 10 units a week..... or (415 units / annum)

I just had one of these installed.Tech support is poor with little or no response.I have looked at wiring diagrams online which conflict with with the paper ones they sent with the unit.When installed(it's mark Mark IV unit) the led on the immersion switch flickers franticly and after a few hours the trip for ground floor switches on the fuse board trips.It does heat the water but seems to use all the surplus generated.

I also get a phonecall from SISEM saying they're producing the Immersun Version 2 (the last one) along with the remote and web interface, and taking orders today.

I'll be pleased to do business with Jordan and Lee again
