I'm a trainee sparky studying for my Level 2 C&G. I have re-wired homes before with my dad and now with my brother in law.
Even I can tell that is a total ---- job.

I might just even show this to my college tutor.

From what I've heard/read, H&Se would be bothered unless someone is seriously injured. Trading Standards would be the best bet.
