I’ve had a weird one today. Banjo having 50v on it.

L - main earth = 230v
L - N = 230v
N - main earth = clear

I have 50v on the live - banjo & 24v on the Neutral - banjo.
Disconnected both sides of the armoured and done insulation resistance between all cables and all <999.

Surely the banjo is earthed if you are testing voltages to it, if you disconnected the earth to the banjo but the box or whatever its fitted to is screwed to a wall or something then you will still get some voltage between it and live.

What does clear mean? Is that 0V between them or no continuity between them?

Does the banjo have fly-leads fitted or is it one of the all-too-common wireless ones?

Did you test IR between the conductors and the armour?
