office lighting should achieve LG7 i dont think led panels will do this
having said this you may get 600 led tube lamps

they will comply with computers as they are flicker free, the cat 2 louvre on standard fittings is fitted to try eliminate the 100hz flicker associated with flourescent tubes which also refracts of computer screens and can lead to migraines etc, when you say you need to research them what specific info can you not find, ive had a quick google and results seem informative to me if you click on the spec or info tabs.

Over in the Qatar convention centre where I was last month, they have 600mm led panels as main lighting in the exhibition halls, and even from 18m up, they really do the job. Just three per 10m2 bay in a cluster together.

But what wattage?? the high bay fittings are high wattage in comparison to standard 36w or 48w office grid fittings, and with a price tag to match.

actually, in thinking about it, I might have been mistaken as they looked a bit bigger than 600mm, more like 750-800 but it's hard to tell from so far down and I had no interest in them when up above on the picker. Either way, they are LED and they are bog-off bright. No idea as to wattage. Might try and google the construction project later.

There being trialed in a data centre I work in at the moment, I was very impressed by them, very bright, a lot brighter than the current flourecents there.

Apprantly they can half the amount of current fittings and they will get there money back in 3 years. £170 a fitting I think.
