75 KW range master oven

I have Just been to price a job for a customer who has just bought a range master oven which has a total load of 75 KW. I can get a 16mm cable to the kitchen but need advise on type isolation switch in the kitchen.

1000 mm wide 3 ovens induction hob. Never seen anything like it before

Bob, you've made a mistake.
There is no such thing as a 75kw domestic oven, in fact I doubt if there is a 75kw single phase oven of any discription.
Isolation would be the least of your concerns, uprating the main intake would be your biggest worry.
Calculate the current.

75 KW = 326A.

Looking at thier range the max current could be up to the 75A you stated, but that is MAX current draw, once you apply diversity things should seem more sensible.

10A + 30% of the remainder of rated current = 29.5A (assuming no additional socket outlets)
