Hi guys. I went to a property yesterday as one if the current downlights burnt out and damaged the circuit. However when I took out one of the downlights I noticed how big the cut outs were ..90mm. They were in fact too big for the lights actually in there.

Can anyone recommend some Fire Rated downlights that would fit a 90mm cut out? They need to be IP44 as there going in a bathroom out of zones.

ansell do an adaptor bezel to fit up to 120mm (or 140mm. can't rmemember)
 
90mm hole isn't that big. Fitted a couple of JCC GU10 cans on Monday that specified a 85mm hole.
Try looking at tiltable fittings, rather than standard ones. These usually need a larger hole, and is what I normally use, for the simple reason that I can get my hand through the hole to find the cable left there in first fix.
