Oh that reminds me we were renting above a shop and one day I caught my foot on something on the floor, felt around and found 2 sharp points poking through the floor boards and about 10mm from the carpet. Went downstairs to the shop and saw the new CCTV monitor screwed to the ceiling! Landlord just sent someone round with an angle grinder and smoothed them off...
