Agree but Delroy isn't doing that is he he is working on a supply to a Garage light, leaving the lighting circuit in that state is not good practice, anyone getting a belt from that circuit, Delroy would get the blame for leaving it in that state, regardless of who was going to complete it, would it be tested properly?
