After having worked in the IT industry for 13 years I've finally decided to give something else a go and more importantly become my own boss.
Whilst doing my day job I'm currently studying towards my C&G 2330 lvl2 & lvl3 qualifications and I will also be doing the Applicable Buildings regulations (Part P) and the 17th Edition IEE Wiring regulations course (2382-10). Does anyone have any advice as to what further courses I might need to go on so that I will at least be a competent qualified electrician?
Eventually, I'd like to become NICEIC registered, but once I'm qualified I'm going to be doing any electrical work I get part-time (evenings & weekends).
I'd welcome any thoughts, advice, or suggestions?
