Hi there all,

I've just joined the forum today to pick up some useful tips and advice from some of you Pros. I'm not a Sparky yet, 6 months through a 3 year part time course at Hertford Regional College. It's the Electrical Installation C&G Level 3.
I don't work in the field yet but have just started to look for mate work but no luck yet. I'm thinking of writing to all the Sparks in the Hertfordshire area, I just wanted to see what the best way about going about it was and if any of you guys had some tips about what i put include?

if you have time and you know any sparks offer to help them for free, 1 day a week or when you can. you will pick up a lot and will show experience on your CV which will look good for future employers.
