I would hazard a guess that is exactly what it is meant to, you have to be sixpence short of a shilling to think anything else. Six pence= 2.5 new pence a shilling 5 new pennies. I think twas a long time ago.

They cant do that ? Where is PAT testing labels on plug and must be class one appliance as i can see CPC clearly
