ACA Test Cambuslang Tips

Hi all,

this is my first post on here hopefully its in the correct section..

I recently sat my ACA test in Cambuslang and i failed on 3 parts out of the 6..

i knew i wasnt going to pass overall as i wasnt confident I done well in my Inspection & Testing part..

but i failed on Risk Assesment and Safe Isolation as well.. 2 parts that i thought i would of passed now i am kicking myself as i dont know where i have went wrong..

What do you put in the Risk Assesment sheets and what are the tricks to safe isolation that i could have missed

and helps and tips on inspection and testing?

just a wee shout to any of the guys there with anymore info on Risk Assesment and Safe Isolation that would be willing to help out..

Hi i popped in to see a guy i know the other day, and a couple of lads he has have just passed. they went to Edinburgh for the resit. they were saying it was a much more relaxed atmosphere there.

not being funny mate there are no tricks to safe isolation its first year apprentice stuff if u cant do and u cant test properly then why go for it

Well funny you should say that as I was told the exact same thing yesterday..

I didnt feel relaxed at all in the cambuslang one that why I reckoned I failed my inspection and testing due to forgetting simple things..

Well that's why I was shocked I had failed risk assessment and safe isolation hence why I asked the question incase I had missed some blatantly obvious.
