If it is an install cert, then you CANNOT have any Limitations on it, and indeed it would be applicable. If it is a periodic you can put LIM in the box

mmmm If its ANY cert you can have LIMS I had one the other day installed a circuit but the main incommer was through a wall in a secure part of post office hence no reasonable access could be gained LIM was duely put on sheet added page on at end explaining reason for LIM

Just been searching for the same question, started some PIRs on apartments and having no joy tracking down a key for the meter room so I think I will be put LIM in the appropriate boxes and make a note of it on the Obs section stating that as the meter room is under control of building management then it would be reasonable to assume that the condition of equipment would be satisfactory

ive had the same problems installing new DB's in outbuildings of water treatment works. the main incomers are locked in motor control centres, with castell interlocks that prevent me opening the compartment and having a look, without isloating a towns water supply. noboad holds any info on most of these sites either, as the new water comapny is a merger of loads of smaller ones, and most of the records were lost.
