never knew who they were till i started opening the letters marked addressee only. this is not a circular. already re-papered the bog.

Ive just set up with this online accounting and sent my first invoice with help from durham, cheers mate. If a numpty like me can use it anyone can, give it a go.

Signed up last night going to have a play with it tommorow and hopefully send my first invoice, looks great and love the tutorials. Do you use the customer log in feature with your invoices? May pay to send myself a couple of dummy invoices first. If I get stuck I have to seek some advice from here if you all dont mind. No more carbon paper to deal with! 21st century here I come!

I've been using this since Durham posted the link and I must admit the invoicing part of my job has now become such a pleasure. I used to hate the ballache involved.

Still not advanced to the other benefits as yet but anything for an easier life.

I've certainly learned a lot from the wonderfully knowledgeable people on this site to go along with my 3 years in college and am now putting it all to practice, slowly.. atm.
I know from my previous career (25 years in print) that a professional image counts for a lot so know this package will help. Do you know if we can add our logo's etc to the estimates etc?

Estimates are great.... providing the customer hits the accept/decline button. Had to invoice myself to see exactly how it works, not sure what I will tell the tax man about the £120,000 I invoiced lmao

I've just been looking at this and can't find any catches. The only worry I have is the possibility that this firm may leave it a couple of years and then decide to start charging, after which time users may be dependent on the software.
But maybe that's my suspicious mind!!

Sooner or later you'll get charged or get bombarded with adverts.

Me neither. I used Intuit Quickbooks for everything and its great. Got the latest version for £133.00 earlier this year, a one off payment.
