I've got a customer interesting in extending his 2.25kWp system, adding 1.75kWp more to bring it up to 4kWp.
My understanding is that I can install a separate inverter and meter and that this addition will be paid at the current FIT rate while the old meter gets paid at the old rate. Do I have that correct? This is one area of PV installs which seems to be subject to changing rules so I want to make sure I'm sure of what I'm doing before I visit on Monday morning.
