I was talking about this fella http://m.youtube.com/results?q=megger%20ears#/watch?v=8whQKK4Q-u8

We found a dog training collar for nuisance barking that consisted of a microphone and 2 probes built into a collar. Decided it looked a bit dodgy for the mutts but stepson decided we were too soft, strapped it rouond his neck and started barking. Funniest thing I've seen when the collar zapped him and he went down like a sack of spuds and lay twitching on the living room carpet. Must have the zap-ability of a taser! So glad we didn't try it on the dogs first lol!

I agree for dogs, training adult step- kids??... Not so sure :)
Well if positive reinforcement isn't working..... A mate of mine is off to Florida next week. You want me to get him to bring a stun gun back for you, they're the same ones the US cops use so they'll have a bit more ooomph to them :)

With you on the collar thing...been around farming and equestrian job all my life so NOT a tree hugger, but folk should only fit one of those to their pet if they try it themselves on full setting 10. My mate bought one for his springer and i tried it first to get him to do the same. Put it this way,it will not help you during a game of jenga and my pal NEVER fitted it to his dog...as for apprentices, should be considered part of PPE...
