Also forgot your foot spar as your not as lively as you use to be on the plates are you mate ..............have you still got the heater warmer for the back as well.

no self respecting foot spa would go anywhere near my smelly plates, mate. only problem with the feet is they won't walk past a pub.my back still joins my arse to my neck, so no problems there.

If you've definently got one tail of the ring in the loft can you not cut it far enough away to bring the cable back down the wall to the socket and then take another cable up to the end you've just cut and terminate it into the junction box?

If you're going to cut the cable anyway you may aswell keep it in the ring. Thats all okay if you can get 3m or so on the cable!

Remember and do all the relevant tests when complete! :wink5:

Even better if you can trace the cable in the loft down to another socket then find the end in question, tie on another 2.5mm, pull up and then put both ends down to your new socket then there's no need to cut any cables! Hey presto!

if its going to be an "office" id suggest FCU or if possible draw back 1 of the legs and put up a nice bit of dado along with cat5s for the network unless youv checked that the wireless will reach
