Funny thing abaut Security installers....they put all their paper work inside the panels, security panels with 1 amp psu`s i suppose is not a issue...but fire panels at 3-7 amps tend to heat up a bit...wasn`t actually onfire, but was at the smoldering smoke stage...few more hours would have been good.

Dip 1 is elo switch

i have fix smoke detectors and i have question about that dip switch..as i see smoke detectors have build in that switch..the switc have 8 numbers from 1-8..number 1 and 2 its mark on top whit 0 and N..others numbers dont have any mark on top..as i see on the smoke detectors number 4 , 7 and 8 its on..did i have to live like that or i have to make new configuration..how can i turn this switch to end of line..detectors its FIKE and its together with sounders..

To enable the end of line, turn dip switch one ON , if this has been done correctly, the LED on the device will flash every 5 seconds. The other switches are for the detection mode, sounder tone and volume. As far as i know if you look in the manual that comes with the panel there is info on all that stuff, or you are bound to be able to find it online somewhere. Hope it helps...
