Hi, I have a ctec fire alarm, I think it's bi wire.
There are no lights apart from the one on the power supply.
I'm puzzled as it seems it just not be getting power but the call point lights up when pressed.

Should I just replace the whole panel or replace the power supply first?

Thanks

Have you checked the RJ 45 type lead that connects the pcb to the power supply in behind is properly connected? What voltages do you get at the batteries and zone terminals?
