AHU not working no idea of set up.. any easy fix on this

Fuse ok & lights flashing see pic belowView attachment 109518

How those three LED lights flash is a code to report a fault using the built in test functionality. Please could you describe and/or film what these three lights are doing.

Further to my last. Page 77 of 78 gives support contact details and mentions a Toshiba app to download with the fault codes.
