Alternative to fast fix boxes

Is there an alternative to fast fix boxes? I've just fit a screw less flat plate socket to one and can see the fast fix box!
metal ko box on a noggin isn't an option as it's an existing drywall!

I come across those egg box walls occasionally it makes fishing a cable so easy!

Agreed. Fitting a shaver point is a bit hairy - the patress sits flush but the back of it is right against the other bit of plasterboard

I always run a bead of silicone sealant round,and sprinkle sequins over before it dries...but that's just a by-product of having Gok Won as a lover...
