Amtech software

has anyone bought Amtech for their certification...? I have struggled with the process and not found their helpline not (helpful).

they recommend training, which is more money for them.

I use it, didn't do training, find it OK but if you need any help after the initial free support period you have to take out their support package which is quite costly.
My advice would be, if you really want to use it, is get the bugs ironed out as quicly as possible and don't change your computer.

Mate I've been using Amtech for about six/seven years now, would like to think I'm pretty competent...some may think otherwise. Anyway, if your having any difficulties I'm more than welcome to advise!
