Second call tonight in a week asking to sign off on another sparks rewire as he ain't registered. Is it me or would you want to put your name to bob the builders work considering it comes back on you if the $#%t hits the fan?

Sorry if I offend but you must be smoking something if you would take £80 quid or whatever to give them the paperwork they need considering you don't have a clue who wired it up although they are saying it was the sparky.

Got a phone call " I see your NICEIC registered" thats right I said "Yeah its smooth talking git propery management here" OK how can I help " we just had a couple of 2 bed flats rewired can you do us a certificate for them or usuall chap cant do that" No problem I said what the address then I said Inspection and testing of your typical 2 bed flat £320, "No No I just need the certificates said the aforementioned plonker " then I really took the pee outa him scared the poor ******* half to death said I would need to inform all sorts of official sounding ficticious orginisations before the line went dead
