Dammit, and I missed the original quote... Would have liked to have seen that before you changed it!!

I know what you mean though, my first assessment he fired so many questions at me, second one was much more a walk in the park. I think once they know that you've got more than 2 brain cells to rub together they go a bit easy on you....

I had the same experience , but in the 3rd year i took it easy , and a different guy turned up with an assessor so he was being assesed . He put me through the mincer to try to prove to the assessor that he does things right.

I don't think it sounded like that at all! You don't need to know every single reg off the top of your head, just the most common ones so I've found. And just to show that you understand what the test measurements are, and how to pick up on the spurious ones.... Ohms law all the time generally!!

My plan for my annual inspections is to keep up with all the latest throughout the year,so I dont get caught out, Then remind myself of the general stuff as prep. for the inspection. They must go a bit easer as you have already passed. I hope.
