Another New Hilti Drill

I've not really used them yet, been replacing old 8' fluorescent fittings with new energy savers in a large warehouse all week (still got about 40 to do).

Coming from the man who has a better tool kit that Screwfix!!!!

lol well I've got all the gear but no idea! I wouldn't sink so low as to buy my tools from screwfix;)

Might have to have a new picture with my new core drill :)

always the case when you get a new drill. nothing to drill and the fingers are itching to get going :D

All the gear and no idea! only kidding lads!

With regards screwfix, wouldn't expect anyone to but anything from them, not anything decent anyway.

Its like bling corner, all this Hilti gear being splashed around!

Think hilti are still running there scrapage scheme for broken or working drills any brand I believe they give you up to £75 quid for each one. This year i believe they are bring out a diamond incrusted nail gun with specially pinstriped logos, don't know where you got the pimped up idea from ;-)

Sorry mate think they may have stopped it, it's not on their website anymore you could ask the rep. It was up to £75 for one drill and that was offset against a new Hilti product think you could only scrap one old drill per purchase.

JUST BLOWN UP MY SECOND HILTI DRILL!

Big puff of smoke and an awful stink......Bye bye TE7a

This one was 6 weeks old, I do look after my power tools so a bit upset at this ones demise.

Also the charger is falling to bits.............6 weeks old, what has happened to their quality??????

Very strange!! mine is the same generation of drill only the TE-6 mind you bust still made in the same factory and still going strong after 3 years one replacement battery on warranty but thats it. You'll get a new one on the warranty I take it, maybe ask for one thats from a different batch or branch?
