Ha ha, tempting but I received a call from an electrician I do some work for and he wanted me to go on a job for him. Unfortunately he was unaware that I was away for my assessment at that time. When I finished early I contacted him to let him know and I started the job for him this morning

The job involves moving, deleting and adding some sockets in the kitchen of a bungalow that is having a refit. It's a disabled adaption so any sockets that can be left still have to be moved down to make them more accessible.

Kitchen sockets above the worktop

It's a disabled adaption which means that all the worktops have to be dropped and have no units beneath for wheelchair access. Because the worktops are being dropped the sockets also have to be so that they are accessible from a wheelchair.

Not so long ago I was working on another disabled adaption where I had to fit a "Rise and Fall" worktop. That was an interesting one as I had never heard of such a thing before. It was goode experience though

Who did you do your course with mate and would you advise using them to anyone else? May i also ask how much they charged and the time it took you and what did you get, quals wise?
