Another so called electrician

Got dragged out to move a lightswitch for a mate last night,and it was another classic,3 sets of 1mm cables plus strip block crammed into a 16mm backbox,feed in and 2 feeds out to 2 sets of lights across the front of the house.Job was done fairly recently by he assured me a fully qualified spark,oh yeah,then why did he drop the 1mm feed cable into the back of a socket below? straight in no fcu or anything so now I get to go back and do it all properly,lucky me.

landlords are a favourite for this as well.....
they just dont get it that someone will have to come back out to correct it all...

In land lord property's if you swap like for like should they issue a minor works cert ?

it's a good idea to do so, and take photos, so when and if landlord alters anything hisself, your arse is covered.
