Pretty disgraceful really. Brings the industry into dispute.

Probably the cowboys who did this will be operating under a different name in a few months so the insurance company will have to bear liability for any claim....

What annoys me is that this customer will happily tell friends & family how good the installers were, polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Is one of the clamp positions actually between the modules? Looks like they fixed wherever the rafters lay which is obviously incorrect, but even then they could have chosen better rafters to use. That actually looks unsafe Chris - maybe worth a polite knock on the door to point it out?

I already have. We were actually working on the site at the time carrying out other work. The cable work looks like it's been carried out by a chimpanzee with a sledge hammer.
