Anual assessment and missing some documents.

Hey guys got my anual inspection and seemed to have misplaced my documentation on the following:

*Memorandum of Guidance on the Electricity at Work
Regulations

* Approved Document P

Does anyone know where i can tain the above documents. Thanks in advance.

I think i got my eawr 1989 from amazon,might be cheaper than printer ink,while on the subject does anyone have a link to somewhere i can get free written contract forms,this is what elecsa are asking for.
