is it the correct operation of all assemblies including switchgear, controls and interlocks

or the correct operation of switches, RCD's and the correct operation of test instruments

or other ????

Not certain at all, but I'd say it's talking about downtime, able to disconnect main earth to measure Ze, etc. Not sure though!

think its three of these if you mean periodic inspection report
1. type of installation
2. Its use and operation
3. the frequency and quality of maintainance
4. The external influences its subjected to
