I have an air pistol and a quite expensive rifle,.22 with telescopic sights,tactical night lighting and a laser.I used to enjoy shooting vermin at the farm,we have a particular problem with pigeons.However they've now got clever,I pull up in the yard and they're all sat on the roof when I get the gun out they here the catches on the case and all fly off,then they stay away for hours.True it works as far as keeping them away,but it takes away the challenge of shooting them.

Time to get clever, surely you can outwit some pigeons!
Two layers of wire mesh on the roof, one at 240V, on a 100A breaker, and sprinkle a sack load of seed all over.
Sit back and watch them explode!

That's like the one with the thing wrapped in tissue that you feed the seagulls at Blackpool,I think it's Bicarbonate of soda,anyway they swallow it and because they can't burp they explode in mid air.

yup its bi carb.

put some bicarb in a bottle of viniger then screw the cap on

you will see why they explode
