Anyone from Newcastle/Gateshead area?

I've always thought Felling to be a dodgy area but where can you go to find a place that hasn't got a dodgy area these days?

Take the Lobley Hill area of Gateshead; the west side I think is ok, but I wouldn't even like to think about living in the east side. My builder mate is a big rough bloke and spent all of his life there, but has recently moved across to the west as it was getting too rough - even for him.

And now he's moved in..... everyone thinks they are in Sunderland. :dita:
