Anyone got any good small van advice??

I'm looking to invest in a van, criteria being:
Good mpg
Looks decent
Decent to drive
Space in the back
Prob in that order, thinking bipper/fiesta sport or astra sportive.
Not sure how professional the fiesta sport van looks but I like it. Most of my clients are commercial so image is quite important. Bipper having a side door is always useful too. Anyone got any thoughts?

Well there is not a lot for old really either.

Theres Tel here that can't read

Theres me that cant remember ...................... and IQ is an Arsenal supporter ...................So we have to hit you young'uns with something;)

Now Tel what was this thread again.

I know where you can get a good service and MOT on zimmer frames if that's any help:confused:

Seen some smart VW caddy vans but bet they're not cheap.

my rotty hates cats. the fur gives her heartburn

Cool dogs. Was sitting in a pub once and one was sitting quite happily near me and two mates. One mate moved his stool (sitting on, not the other kind) and it nipped the rottys leg..... I swear I have never seen a member of the animal kingdom move so fast, it rotated in mid air and placed its jaws around Pauls legs in well under a second .... and then let go. I was party to the entire thing as was in my line of sight and Paul was dimly aware.

Cool (but scary!) dogs.

Sorry to change the subject.... Been offered a transit connect st 22000miles 58 plate £8k. Not sure if it's a bit to "chavy" for a professional spark(to be!)?? Any thoughts

The thing that annoyed me with the Connect is you can't get trunking and conduit in very well.
Obviously you could remove the bulkhead, but this compromises security (and makes it noisy on the motorway).

I recently bought a 2008 Transit, A/C, heated screen etc etc for £9k. 40mpg too.
